Yes. We offer a 'Contract-to-Hire' model. After working with a talent for a set period (usually 6 months), you can pay a buyout fee to move them to your internal payroll.

In the Marketplace model, you manage the talent directly using your own tools (Slack, Jira, etc.). Pifotek handles the payroll and HR compliance.

All talent on Pifotek signs a comprehensive IP Assignment Agreement. Anything they create while on your contract belongs legally to you.

Yes. Both Pifotek and the individual talent will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before discussing any sensitive project details.

We perform strict ID verification (Passport/Government ID) and background checks to ensure every person on our platform is who they say they are.

We enforce strict security protocols. Talent access is granted via secure VPNs where necessary, and we recommend clients enforce 2FA on all repositories.

While rare due to our vetting, if a developer becomes unresponsive, our 'Continuity Guarantee' kicks in. We will immediately replace them and provide credit for any lost time.
